IW intend standardising Commercial Discharge Licences nationally from May 1st 2020. There has been a wide variance in Commercial Charges across the country based on an outdated Local Authority model meaning that Charges varied from County to County based on Local rates. These Charges are now set at 1 Standard Rate.
